I've always enjoyed drinking irish whisky, particularly jameson (even the cheapest bottle of it). The price of the more expensive bottles of whisky has always been discouraging when they hit over the $100 mark so I decided to try this 'Select Reserve' as it seemed like a reasonable amount to pay. I'm glad I did! It's so easy to drink just by itself, pour in a glass, no need for water or ice or any mixers (unless you want that of course). Goes down smooth, smells lovely, tastes delicious, and no fumes lingering. I'd definitely buy this again!

Even though I am relatively new to whisky I can say this is a fantastic drink. Pleasant on the nose and with a lovely taste, especially a slight note of chocolate.

I love Irish whiskey and Jameson makes the best. I wouldn't call myself an expert, but I've tried nearly every Irish whiskey going including the very expensive stuff. For the money you can't beat this whiskey. Its simply amazing. I would rather one of these than 8 bottles of standard Jameson. Thats how much I like this. I even prefer it to the Jameson Gold reserve and this is much cheaper than that. For me the only whiskey that beats this is the Jameson 18 year old, but you pay big money for that.

iHAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED JAMESON WHISKY. PURCHASED THIS SELECT RESERVE AS A ONCE OFF TREAT. WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE. NO MORE JOHNIE WALKER, DIMPLE ETC.
