Penfolds Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon is the ultimate expression of the Penfolds' house-red style at it's most robust and powerful. Sleek dark berry and dark chocolate characters dominate with plenty of natural fruit sweetness. The tannins are present, but not overwhelming. The 2009 707 will prove to be one of the stellar examples from the vintage with slightly cooler conditions prolonging the maturation process enabling all of the wines unique characters to be shown at their best.
