Just love these Spanish Tempranillo wines. This is a good one if you want to reduce your alcohol intake, especially since you would never know this wine was only 9%. A nice drop at a good price.

I was looking to buy a dry red wine at Dan Murphy, Preston for around twenty dollars from an Italian maker but noticed that this Spanish wine had a “staff recommendation” tag labelled; “cherries, cherries, cherries”! My interest piqued I purchased it and consumed it with a wood-fired pizza. The wine was dry but not bitter and yes, loads of cherry character which was very pleasant. I think we produce amazing wines in Australia but I like to occasionally sample wines from overseas and this one is very pleasant with strong but non-complex character suitable to drink with a variety of food.

I enjoyed this.. Smooth, easy drinking, medium body and a fair price. Would buy again. Ole!

Ole.. can't go wrong, a red with character. Good wine to have with pizza, pasta or lamb
