Method Traditional wines have a depth and sophistication about their nose and palate. They have complex flavours derived from the careful selection of grapes, manufacturing process, age and time on lees. This has none of that. This seems like very average wine that's been artificially carbonated in a tank. Skip this and treat yourself to an excellent value Australian Pinot Noir Chardonnay or Blanc de Blanc (Trilogy, Yarra Burn, Taylor's, Jacob's Creek Vintage) or for a few dollars more you can get superb Australian fizz (Chandon, Jansz or Arras). Even French Cremant would be a better choice than this for the money. Bottom line: Like all Proseco, flavourless, shallow and unsophisticated.
