Had a tasting of this at the Dan’s in Noarlunga SA and was amazed! The girls had so much knowledge on him history and the cool story about the cat on the front. Don’t normally like barrel aged but this was beautiful. I remember them saying the flavours were meant to reflect him styles from the 1800

KI Spirits Old Tom Gin is lightly aged in French oak barrels. Made using local aniseed and lemon myrtle to add sweet characters to this classic old-style gin. First created to serve at The Tasting Australia Origins Dinner in 2014, it has gone on to be a champion Gin around the world.
