I bought this to use in cooking but was so surprised at the rich mellow taste that it's become a drinking companion!

Most of us that like a port would be familiar with Mc Williams's Royal Reserve, it's blend that's been around forever and I'm sure it's available in every liquor shop around the country....its familiar red label sits on the shelf and teases you to try it...surprisingly it's a good drop for the price to take home... Smooth Tawny is as per label a fruity smooth taste that's almost refreshing, very nice, it has become a favourite of mine.

I use this port every Christmas when I make my fruit cakes. I soak the fruit in this port for 2 to 3 days before I make my cakes. No complaints on my usage of this port.

This Port is 18%. I have found any Port under !8% is forgettable although some such as over rated Grandfather Port is NO BETTER than this McWilliam's Smooth Tawny at 25% of the Grandfather price,

A nice Tawny that tastes like Inheritance. Very good
