Full Bodied red . Beautiful color , a typical Mollydooker red . Only for true red lovers . It's a big red & next level up from the perfect " Blue-eyed boy " Highly recommend . Be careful who you share it with as your stocks seem to reduce ! That good it can go on your morning cereal.

Fabulous Shiraz from McLaren Vale - smooth silky and sensuous. Mollydooker definitely do things differently. You have to learn how to do the Mollydooker Shake to make the wine ready for drinking (as opposed to decanting for other wines). Although the vines are relatively young, the wine made from them could pass as having come from vines three or four times their age. This is down to the winery's unique watering regime. And at 16% the alcohol is quite high - but it doesn't taste that way. Mollydooker have also coined a term known as "Fruit Weight" in relation to the juiced grapes, which makes an awful lot of sense when you learn what it means. Sorry I can't tell you here, you will have to look at their web site for more. Suffice to say, this is a truly great Shiraz which finishes long and smooth, and well worth the asking price.

Came highly recommend by a team member. Enjoy the St Henry in the same price range. Was looking for something a bit less fruity. Not a real fan. Tasted a bit too much like raisins

Nose started a bit muted, after triple decant and MollyD shake, vanillian raisin and blue berries started to emerge, still alcoholic on the nose....... · Full bodied palate, deep core of ripe fruit in balancing lively acidity and solid vanillian oak back bone. Riped powdery tannin, coffee chocolate finish that lingers on and on....
