I quite enjoyed this bourbon. I found it to be very smooth with a smoky finish. It's more intense and more enjoyable than the white label Jim Beam. The price is great on special.

Scraping the inside of the barrel walls gives this bourbon a lovely hint of wood and charcoal, coupled with the typical Jim Beam flavour. This is my equal favourite to Knob Creek.

Mixed with diet coke. Don’t yell at me as diet coke has worked with other bourbons. Devil’s cut is different. I cannot imagine drinking it straight on rocks, so tried with chilled water. I always start with a full glass of ice. It’s a very powerful drink.

I'm usually a Jack Daniels drinker and bought this because Jack Daniels was out of stock. I was pleasantly surprised with the Devil's Cut taste. I highly recommend.
