Want a rum that can be enjoyed neat or on the rocks if you must. This is the one! Don’t spoil this drink with any form of mixing, the flavours would be drowned out. No real burn except what the ethanol content provides and taste linger nicely for a while. The few rums I’ve had at a similar price bracket don’t compete with this gem. For any rum lover wanting to treat themselves a gift for an occassion get this or better yet if someone else buys you a bottle of it! Too good health! Dan

I am a traditional whisky drinker and have never really been into rum. But I recently had a sample of this and the El Dorado 21yo rum and was absolutely blown away. It drinks like a fine whisky, but with the flavour profile of rum and super smooth. I have now started stocking this in the whisky cabinet.

Best aged rum I tried yet. Definitely recommend to others if they are real Rum enthusiasts. This is not a mix or cocktail rum. It’s a enjoyable sipping Rum Try neat or 3 or 4 drops of room temperature water and try then if u need use 1 or 2 rocks.

I discovered this dark gem when working in Guyana, a paradoxically beautiful country that can't seem to do anything right except make beautiful rum and beautiful women. I was a life long rum hater before I tasted this. When I did, my honest to goodness first thought was "this is what rum should taste like." There is simply no rum in the world than this and Ive heard bartenders who know their stuff rave about it to me and my Guyanese wife.

Smoothest rum ever “so far “best on it’s own or with a couple of ice cubes,wouldn’t dream of adding mixers it would just spoil a lovely drop.....perfect with a nice cigar.enjoy fellow rum lovers cheers
