I would recommend this to a friend!
I am a long-time gin cocktail lover but, am new to the craft gin game. I am always concerned that these more exclusive bottles will be worth the price, and I had never tried a grape-based gin before. In this case, I can say that I was definitely happy with the value for money. The Soft and Smooth really takes cocktails up to the next level, but I also found it delicious just on its own, served over ice. It’s a classic London Dry gin, but they have lots of other more unusual styles and I’m definitely going to give them a go next time. It’s obviously not cheap, but I felt like it gave my drinks something extra and to me was really worth it.

The Shiraz grape spirit adds a silkiness and a touch of fruit that really lends itself well to the London Dry style. It is expensive but that's to be expected when you distill your base spirit from grapes instead of grain. Delicious stuff.

A New World, Australian dry gin, smooth and zesty. Gin combines eight botanicals including juniper berries, angelica root liquorice root and fresh lime. A hint of native pepper berry enlivens the delicate burst of citrus flavours and is rounded off by the smooth qualities of the Shiraz grape spirit. Bass & Flinders Distillery distil their own spirit from local wine in an Alembic Pot Still. This gives the spirit its unique quality and smooth texture. Gin is created on the third distillation by vapour infusion in small batches. Perfectly served in citrus driven cocktails, or as a G&T garnished with lime.
