I gave it another try, first the amaretti, now this, I must say this is starting to convince me I should just make my own. Flavour. Citrus all through, mild florals. This IS NOT GIN, even non-alcoholic, it is absolutely not Gin, on the nose it seems closer to flat lemonade, with clear use of citric acid to invoke lemon flavours, I the price is absolutely outrageous for what is in the bottle. To emulate the flavours of this or better, I would reccomend simmering some lemon peels and adding more bitter components. There is nothing to prevent the flavour from dissapearing in a glass of lemonad, please do not purchase this brand.

Smells and tastes like a pleasant herbal tea or a weak herbaceous cordial. Doesn't resemble gin in any way, other than colour and bottle design. Fairly undetectable once tonic is added. Very expensive for what it is. Unlike non-alcoholic beer, which typically tastes like weak beer, unfortunately, non-alcoholic spirits/wines don't generally seem to resemble their alcoholic equivalents.

This is essentially water with a dash of bitters. Not even a passing resemblance to gin. A complete waste of money.

Cucumber and dill flavoured, with a hint of vinegar... i.e. it tastes like a pickle. Don't get me wrong, I love pickles, but really don't want to drink them. Why anyone figured the brine from a pickle jar was a good flavour is a bit beyond me. Only saving grace is with tonic water and lemon it doesn't taste really pickly, but it's still there. Either I got a bad bottle or people have a weird taste for this.

Don't waste your money. Exepnsive, awful flavoured water

This has become my go-to favourite non-alcoholic beverage - the bright herbaceous flavours really shine when mixed with a good tonic water. If your heart sinks at the thought of having to be content with lolly water when you're the designated driver, I can't recommend this highly enough. Yes, it's a bit costly for something with no booze in it, but a little goes a surprisingly long way, so I recommend actually using a cocktail measure to get the most mileage out of a bottle.
