Absolutely delicious! Creamy peach and apple notes with a palate pleasing crispness.

Possibly the cleanest and freshest pinot gris I've tasted. It's definitely in the French 'gris' style - more dry and metallic than the fruitier Italian 'grigio' that's made from the same grape, but picked riper. Purists would probably frown, but I like this wine ice cold as an accompaniment to the kind of heavier/fatter dishes that call for white wine. It cuts through risotto, pasta, roast poultry and fish baked with the skin on - that kind of thing. Get the freshest vintage you can. Like other pinot gris, it doesn't get better with age.
