I would recommend this to a friend!
I tend to steer away from roses, but the lower alcohol drew me to give it a try. It's a really good dry rose with a good balance of fruit and acid, no compromise at all for the lower alcohol content. It will be a regular item in my wine rack from now on.

This was better than expected. It's a really good option for when you want to have that extra glass. Properly dry, and very refreshing. I'll be buying again.

Recommended food pairings: Best served with an ice bucket, sunny days and great friends the Refreshingly Light Dry Rosé is the perfect aperitif. It is brilliant with a wide range of flavours so knock up your favourite antipasto platter. Or for something a bit spicy try a pho or banh mi.
Growing Conditions: The Refreshingly Light Dry Rosé is a blend of Shiraz, Tarrango, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec from three company vineyards in northern Victoria. The grapes were harvested from mid-February to early April.
Winemaker: Geoff Alexander
Winemaking notes: It was bottled with an alcohol of 9.0%, a pH of 3.37 and a TA of 6.0.
