The hand-cut sugarcane is distilled into rum, then filtered through coconut shell carbon to capture the pure taste of Fiji. Aged for 5 years in charred oak barrels, our award-winning RATU Spiced Rum has a complex charred oak and citrus aroma with a rich vanilla and candied orange flavour that combines with the warmth of cinnamon and star anise. Recently awarded a Gold medal in the 2021 Bartender Spirits Awards and SIP Consumer Awards in the USA and ‘Rum of the Year’ in the 2018 London Spirits Competition.
