Found their distillery by accident when driving around Tassy and let me tell you, all their products are top-notch on the taste front. We had this bottle delivered to us in Melbourne along with their other products (try their potato vodka). I feel awful mixing this gin to make a cocktail because it's great neat, but it really adds to any drink you make with its flavours. You are paying low-end prices for a premium gin.
