I would recommend this to a friend!
The botanicals are the star in this gin. It is lively and multi-layered. Not sweet and floral but not too dry. If you love a crisp G&T this is great with a premium tonic such as Capi, Long Rays or Strangelove Coastal. Also great on its own with ice.

Can’t go wrong with any Mt Uncle gins. Visited the distillery two months ago and haven’t found a gin that tops Mt Uncle.
