This is different from many of the other well known Clare Valley Rieslings - including one from the same winery. It has a beautifully rounded flavour - not over-powering lemon & citrus, but certainly very more-ish!

Pairs well with fish, has a good depth of flavor (more than Sav Blanc) but not overpowering. Also very drinkable on its own. No sulphite headache afterwards.

The nose of this wine is alive with fresh cut citrus, lemon grass, yellow peach and white florals. The palate exhibits and f irm acid drive, with an abundance of citrus, white peach, honey dew melons and gooseberries. It has a tingly, fresh lime finish.
