Light in colour, hints of honey dew melon and grapefruit draw you in to explore the wine further.  Flavours of mango and apple dance across the palate accompanied by balanced acidity.  Flavours are persistent with the mellow, creamy weight that is brought on by minimal lees contact.  Best served with pork belly and asian slaw.
