I enjoyed drinking this drink from the brewery tours in SA so also drink it home here in Queensland.

A Prince amongst Australian mainstream beers, Coopers Sparking is a heavyweight brew that never fails to satisfy. Ice cold it breaks your thirst immediately with a powerful zing to the back of the throat and its slightly sweet, slightly hoppy and yeasty character make it rival some of the premium brews from Europe. Its alcohol content delivers relaxation instantly - but be warned. This is not a brew where you can sink a couple over a long afternoon barbecue and jump in the car. Go easy or it may catch you out.

First review I think I've ever done on alcohol & I think I've found a new favourite beer...Full flavour, but not the sickly over-the-top fruity nonsense it seems most craft beer brewers are doing nowadays. Absolutely spot on.

If you love beers with great taste this should be high in your list. Pour it into a glass and enjoy. It comes in 375ml bottles so you get more bang for your buck compared with the 330ml beers for a similar price.

Ale, not lager, brewed in the bottle, leaving satisfying "lees", adding to flavour and enjoyment.
