[Employee of bws] Colour: Dark and inky
Nose: jammy - almost like stewed fruit.
Palate: Dark fruit, black olive, tobacco.
Body: Medium to full bodied. Elegant in structure but with grippy tannins.
Pairing: BBQ lunches or Sunday roasts. Rare to find something like this in a local bottle shop.....and $12! Bargain!

Deep Red in colour. The nose has bright lifted aromas of dark Christmas cake with spicy notes. The palate is intense, with black fruit flavours balanced with spicy silky tannins. Generous and great length in finish. Goes best with Guiness and steak pie.
