I would recommend this to a friend!
Presented in a heavy bottle, suggesting a hallmark of class. Appearance of pale straw. Nose of fine citrus and green apple. Palate accentuates biscuit notes and more apple. Nice lovely finish of acid from citrus. Good balance of taste but bubbles are slightly harsh. 85points.

Pale Straw in colour. The wine has a lifted, delicate nose with fresh lemon zest, green apple and pear notes which


are enhanced by a subtle savoury complexity. The palate is fresh, fruit driven with a fine persistent bead. Layers of cream and softness, derived from the bottle fermentation are complemented by the crisp, clean finish.
