I enjoyed this wine. It's dry but with a hint of fruitiness. Perfect to enjoy on a hot day. Great value for money, i'd definitely buy this again.

I hate to be the one to spoil the party. De Bortoli produces some great wines - but this isn't one of them. In a word it is rubbish. "Texturally", it is almost syrupy. Dan's reviewer calls it "creamy". The fact is that it lacks the crispness and freshness of every other rosé I've tasted. It tastes awful, like one of those bottles of cheap Riesling your nan had hidden in the pantry for about ten years. When you open it it smells off - half way to being fortified. Maybe I just got a dud bottle. If not, my faith in Dan's rating panel has been shattered.

this delightful rose pairs well with seafood and poultry, but also goes remarkably well with steak!
