Its subtle red fruit flavours, hints of spice and soft tannins made it very easy to drink. As it’s a lighter style, it would pair nicely with a beautiful pasta dish or a steak.

It smells of fresh strawberries and cherries with mild earthy undertones. Light-bodied and silky smooth, no bitter tannins at all, balanced by crisp acidity. Made in small batches, it keeps bright fruity flavors with a gentle berry finish. It goes perfectly with salmon and soft cheese. Though not layered like high-end pinots, it’s great value money-wise. Perfect for anyone new to pinot or just looking for an easy everyday wine.
