What a refreshing Riesling!

A light, bright and refreshing glass of white. We're always sad when we run out of it. This is hands down our go to, easy drinking, light white wine - for any time of the year really.
For the last decade I'd been bought up to enjoy the buttery taste of a chardonnay (thanks to my in-laws). However, MIL started trying Riesling, and I always thought Rieslings were a sweet wine - which I detest. But boy was I wrong with this. After sampling several on special Rieslings one week. This! This is the bottle we always go back to.

Really enjoyable drop, with just a little bit of that refreshing acidity, and so good with chicken or even seafood dishes
