Chapel Hill Enlightened Pino Grigio had a subtle flavour. It was enjoyable enough but the flavour was too subtle to wow me. I liked it but I didn’t love it. It is actually so good Its super light, crisp, and refreshing, but without that heavy wine feeling. really enjoyed the lower alcohol, still get a buzz but its not so intense. it’s perfect for when you want a glass but don’t want to feel it the next morning. its clean, citrusy, very easy to drink I’m impressed, and definetly heading back to Dans to purchase again. I prefer Pinot Grigio which has a dry finish, and I am often disappointed by new ones I try, as they can lean very sweet. This one was a pleasant surprise! It's refreshing and crisp, light-bodied and has a dry savoury finish. It will be perfect on hot sunny summer days and especially over the silly season - Nov/Dec is such a busy time and it's great to have an option where you can indulge in a glass or two but not have to manage the full alcohol intake if you're driving home from an event or if you have an early morning the next day. Previously, I have bought zero percent alcohol wines for occasions like these, but they taste more like juice than wine.
