It’s very sweet and tart. Not a huge fan of it. Could only see myself drinking 1 glass of it at a time. Also as I could only drink 1 glass at a time you can’t reseal this bottle so a lot would go to waste. I love this Sparkling Rosé! Very refreshing light, crisp & bubbly! The Perfect Bottle to have for celebrations or to have on hand when the girls come over! I love a good Rose, finding the perfect one is a current hyper focus of mine! So I was very excited to try the Ovata Sparkling Rose and see if I could add it to my regular collection. To start with, the bottle is so elegant and pretty, and pink, which is always a win in my books. I didn't have a special occasion coming up, so I created my own special moment, enjoying a glass with dinner on my balcony, overlooking the sunset and my boys playing in the backyard. It definitely didn't disappoint! It has a lovely sweet strawberry flavour with floral aromas thrown in. It was easy to drink, with a pleasant not sharp, aftertaste.
