I am not a gin drinker but really enjoy this gin. It has a subtle gin flavour with citrus notes. I mix it with thyme infused sugar syrup, lemon juice and soda. Very refreshing

This is a great example of a London dry Style gin. Lots of citrus with a great kick of spice at the end. One of my favourites on a hot summer day.
