The first bottle was a Christmas gift from my son, first impression was that it a beautiful bottle with good weight. It is a seriously good gin, sipped on the rocks or with a good quality tonic - I enjoy it either way. You get what you pay for!!

I never realised Gin could actually be a fine and multilayered experience like whiskey until I tried these guys' wares. This is one I actually prefer to sip neat, to nurse over dark chocolate. Compare this with your average gin and it's like the difference between Johnny Walker and Ardberg. I guess that's why it's priced accordingly. This isn't one to drown in mixers. Impressive and delicious.

It took me half the bottle before I decided that I liked this gin. I first tried it with lime and that didn't work. Then tried cucumber and that definitely did not work. So I tried it with 50/50 with just tonic on the rocks and that finally was enjoyable. Definitely not for everyone. Not sure if I will buy again or not.
