Inspired by a new wave of unconventional winemaking, Blass by Wolf Blass was born, with hand-crafted wines in the spirit of contemporary style and experimentation. This richly flavoured Cabernet has dark blackberry, cassis and blood plum aromas lifted with hints of varietal leafiness and underscored with subtle, savoury oak. The palate is smooth and generous with fine tannins and lingering fruit.
