I would recommend this to a friend!
Says its dry but i found the 2021 with a nice sweetness and nice body perfect for cheese and cured meats. Found by chance as a curry accompaniment and that worked. To my limited ability i reckon this will cellar really well

Classic shiraz amazing on the nose a deep almost sensual color and full and abundant flavour. Finishes very smoothly if given time to breathe before drinking. Definitely one of my favourites and one that will cellar well.
