This is no ordinary white wine. If blindfolded I would bet people cannot tell what colour it is. ! ! ! The mouthfeel is rich and a little more viscous than most whites, not sticky or cloying, without being sweet. It is Dry-ish, but not bone dry. Taste is one of Mineral , subtle reminiscence of pear, and refreshing. This is a fantastic Italian wine that is a great summer go to. Highly recommend a try, even for Red wine drinkers. Especially for Red wine drinkers.

A very good example of Fiano - crisp and refreshing for an early evening vino! Exceptional value too!

Fruity, generous and mouth filling. Stone fruits and honeysuckle. Dry, mineral finish. Unbelievable value for money.

A good drinking Fiano clean with a good fruit under taste, as good as some of the middle range Aussie versions. If you haven't tried yet, taste some of the other Colpasso whites.

Tried this at the $10 bottle deal and were pretty disappointed with it. Didn't show the usual varietal characteristics we encounter when we drink McLaren Vale offerings such as Olivers or Coriole. Give it a miss.
