Fresh raspberry, liquorice and black pepper on the nose with vibrant plum, velvet chocolate tannins and creamy vanilla spice nuances from a mix of old and new French and American Oak. The artwork on this bottle was produced by Heather Day, who won the annual Cake Wines Archi-bottle Prize in 2015.
