So delicious and so much lower sugar than your usual tonic but without any artificial nasties. Perfect mixer for gin and vodka!

The usual downside on drinking too much gin and tonics is the sugar intake in most of the tonics out there. Before I tried fever tree, I tried sugar free sweppes and that nearly put me off my favourite drink. Initially after trying this tonic I missed the sugar, so I purchased the standard ones also. After a while you get used to the non sugar taste and now I add lemon with the cucumber to my favourite gins and I just love the flavours and my teeth and body like me better. Only issue I find is when I'm out it's very hard to find a bar that serves these tonics and the standard ones just taste like i've eaten a spoon of white sugar. Yes these tonics are a little on the pricey side but it's worth it and prob still cheaper than a glass of good wine.

Watching my sugar intake I sadly gave up on my gin and tonics. I avoid artificial sweeteners and find natural sweeteners like stevia affect the taste of beverages. This tastes pure, clean and tonic-y, without the sugar rush. Yes, there is fructose, but just one is no worse than a piece of fruit and so i am back with my favourite summer drink.
