On the nose, the bouquet is multi-dimensional: floral and jasmine notes to begin with, followed by cheerful aromas of white peach, mirabelle and yuzu, laced with subtle hints of bergamot, grilled hazelnut, liquorice and coconut. On the Palate, the balance between chalky and silky, nougat-evoking textures will capture the curiosity of a refined taster. Laid in chalk cellars in 2007. Disgorged in 2017.
