100% Garganega from 30 hectares in one of Soave’s most classic zones of production which is San Vittore, on the foothills. Grown following organic principles, disease and pest control are carried out only when necessary using environmentally friendly products. The wine is light to medium-bodied, with lovely concentration of citrus, almond and white floral characters.
