Do not recommend this Pinot Gris . Exceptionally DRY & no fruit complexity on the palate . The worse Pinot Gris I have ever had the misfortune of buying . I’ll stick with Tim Adams Pinot Gris so much nicer .

Pinot Gris sourced from Dr Steve's Sangue di Terra (Blood of the Earth) vineyard at 404 Stumpy Gully Road. Made using traditional winemaking methods - handpicking and whole bunch pressing, natural fermentation in seasoned barrels and extended lees ageing. Classic cool climate Pinot Gris - floral aromatics, pear, citrus and stone fruit flavours and a rich fine palate.
