How can our bottle of 2019 Reserve Shiraz be so sharp and sour? The label spoke of ‘soft tannins’......but not in this bottle! What happened Tatachilla? Freshly opened, we had a tasting, and left it to breathe in the hope it would soften. But sadly not.
