My first time trying this wine and was a nicely rounded medium bodied example of Shiraz from the Heathcote region. Would go well with a lamb roast or a mild Indian curry.

What a surprise, I bought this cleanskin for cooking lamb shanks, had a sip while preparing and finished the bottle. Headed to DM to buy more...2 1/2 doz. this is a very easy drinking red, little on the light size for a shiraz, but I'm keeping this until summer as a lighter red...if it last that long!

I always thought the marketing proposition for a cleanskin was a good quality wine at a reduced price. At this price point, this wine is a disappointment. There are plenty of wines of this quality at a lower price.
