I would recommend this to a friend!
Slightly different French bubbles; a creamy finish with less acid than most. Plush, soft mouth feel with a toasty palate. All round good Champagne with, or without food.

Chardonnay Pinot Noir
Pale colour. Lemon curd, white apricot, nectarine aromas with flinty yeasty notes. Generous and lively on the palate with abundant citrus, stone fruit honey flavours, lovely flinty, sourdough bread complexity, fine lacy textures, and wonderful fresh buoyant crispy long mousse. A very flavourful and tactile Champagne.
