As in the title of this review, this was bought as a Thankyou gift for a friend who usually drinks Sav Blanc. Being a red drinker myself I had no idea which white to buy them but had a price point in mind. Glad to say they were very effusive about this wine so without having tasted a drop myself - I would recommend it!

Terrific minerality. A wonderful Left bank style Chablis. I have seen lots of negative reviews, but I can only imagine they are from the disappointing 2013 vintage. A wonderful and complex wine.

For this price I expected a far better wine. Unpleasant flavours not normally associated with a Chablis. Completely missing middle palate, (Maybe had been stored in hot warehouse?). Tipped most of it down the sink!!

Would not buy the wine again as it did not live up to the expectations outlined in the review

This wine will exceed expectations and is value for money.

Love Chablis / Chardonnay, be it new or old world. This one was a good value for money wine. - The wine was clear with a medium intensity liquid gold color - On the nose, the wine was clean with medium intensity and bright vegetal and hints of green fruit and maybe a hint of unripe peach / apricot. - On the palette, the wine was clean crip with medium + acidity, medium body and a medium - finish. The palette had similar notes to the nose with grassy and vegetal notes of asparagus, cut grass, eucalyptus finishing with hinta of green apple, green peach, apricots and lemon zest. Overall the wine isn't very complex but at around $30, is great value for a premier Cru Chablis though would have preferred mored layered palette and a longer finish.
