This was on special at Dan's for $25 so I had to try it, having read so many good reviews. Well, I wasn't disappointed, it is an excellent example of that subtle semi-dry German Riesling style that no other country has been able to copy. Make no mistake, it's not the least bit "sweet" in the traditional sense of the word. It has a lovely minerally aroma with delicious pear and lime on the palate, while the semi-dry designation guarantees a lovely mouthfeel that just tops off the whole experience.

This is a fully sick Riesling. I’m alarmed. I drank this with a combo meat snack pack with olives and onion and garlic yogurt and hot chili sauce and I was in heaven. No fooling. Worth every cent. That’s a long bottle though.

All the flavours of this Riesling are immaculately balanced. Has a light taste of tartness that hits your tongue immediately followed by a supple sweetness at the end. I would definitely recommend trying a bottle!

A classic semi dry riesling, apples and pears, beautiful colour and aroma. We just drank one we've cellared for some years. Absolutely delightful, went extremely well with our bbq and salad.

Excellent wine, with a series of evolving flavours. It has the depth of taste, but not the sugar-sweetness, of a dessert wine, but remains an excellent and easily drinkable dry wine. A truly excellent accompanying wine for Foie Gras btw!
