Just lovely, beautiful finish and fills the mouth with fruit

If you like dry, complex sparkling white wine, this superb Tasmanian offering from Bay of Fires is a must purchase. It is a step up from the other Tasmanian NV wines. It pairs brilliantly with seafood, but can also be enjoyed on its own, providing light and crisp refreshment on a warm evening. In my opinion, it is far superior to anything else in the price bracket, and compares well against the French NV champagnes. If you prefer your bubbles a bit sweeter, though, maybe look at other options - there are some excellent sweeter Aussie sparkling offerings around the $20 mark from Tassie and Adelaide Hills.

Very dry and crisp bubbly. Virtually zero sweetness, as previously mentioned, but virtually no fruit flavours either. Would go well with food but not so much by itself. I personally wouldn't buy this again but if you like em dry you will LOVE this one.

A great sparking wine from a fine house. This one is good enough for special occasions but isn't even expensive. Well worth the money. Don't bother with entry level French if you can find this.
