I personally haven't tried much in the way of less popular varietals but wow this Temp is nice! Garnet red color, nice sweet aromas of red cherries and potpourri. Texture is light but the flavor is wonderful with a nice sweet easy drinking character. little sour marmalade note in the background, it is relatively acidic in the mouth feel at first but give it breathing time and it does soften. it's one of those reds that really takes over your entire palate without any effort. a good red but the current vintage of this might be a little young at the moment. might be worth cellaring for a bit. Paired quite nicely with home made chicken tikka masala. Fox.

I actually been to this winery in hunter valley. While drinking this wine,I remembered of its legacy and great history. Good depth and nice finish. My respect on this winery grown more
