Ive had the fortalezas, the entire don julio range (minus the green reserva) and almost every tequila that is stocked, and this is my favourite to have straight or my go to in a margherita. I know 200 is alot for a marg, but i love my margs and i absolutely love a marg when i make it with this. Its been distilled 4 times i believe so it gets smoother and less harsh, along with less flavours which is why this tequila gets hated on so much. Its expensive for a blanco, but it still has flavours and is so beautifully smooth while having it. It works in a shot, and completely levels up a marg. the bottle and packaging is beautiful so works incredibly well as a gift.

Fantastic from the bottle to the smell, a smooth clean crisp taste that’s finished with a wonderful warmth lingering in your throat and nose that only comes from a shot of good tequila. I only drink tequila in shots, 30ml at a time, as it should be. I’m a typical Aussie bloke who enjoys a beer and a tequila. And this a bloody good tequila from Patron. Don Julio look out, Patron had finally produced a Tequila that equals your 1942 and is worth buying & drinking. Move over Don as Patron sits comfortably next to you sharing the Tequila top shelf.

If you’re getting someone a special present this is it. Serve over ice it’s delightful, drinks like an Anejo but as bright a Blanco. Move over 1942.
