For an under $30 Pinot Noir this wine is excellent value. Refreshingly medium-bodied and not too heavy on the alcohol (12.5%) this silky wine doesn’t skimp on flavour. It could easily be mistaken for a Bourgogne Rouge from a good negociant or even a village-level Burgundy. Would go well with duck a l’orange, roast chicken, home-made lasagne… or just have the whole bottle to yourself in front of a roaring fire whilst watching the footy on the telly on a cold, wet Friday or Saturday night!
