O k it's not a tawny that's costing very much, but it has as much quality as some more expensive tawnys. And it has its own qualities as in taste and the textures and has depths of layers which are surprisingly good and crafted well as you enjoy taking a few sips , and I find to be close in tasting notes of the Portuguese ports, like Cockburns.

This one isn't overly sweet like many Australian Tawnys seem to be. The mouth feel is thinner and goes down very smooth with spicy fruit notes. The aging in oak barreling is apparent lending it a very nice round taste. I could and did drink a few one after the other very quaffable. For $12-14 dollars its decent value but for a couple dollars more Penfolds Club and Hanwood 5yo are a superior offering to this. Would definitely buy again.
