Rymill Coonawarra was established in 1974 by Peter Rymill, the great-grandson of the founder of Coonawarra, John Riddoch. This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc opens with passionfruit, nashi pear and crisp green apple, softened by floral jasmine and makrut lime. The palate is textural and refreshing, with a touch of barrel ferment and lees contact adding extra weight and depth. Fresh, bright, and full of lift.
