I would recommend this to a friend!
Loved this wine at the vineyard in SA and even though it says dry, it is quite mellow and nice. Please bring in more stock.

I was shopping for a semillon or verdelho when I stumbled across this little bargain. Having enjoyed fiano several times in the past I made an impulse buy driven by the members discounted price. This wine is light, well balanced and easy drinking. Fruity yet dry I really enjoyed this drop. It drinks well on its own yet would pair well with seafood, poultry, pasta or vegetable dishes. I can certainly see it becoming a staple for the warmer seasons. Do yourself a favour and give it a try.

The Bio Project represents Shingleback's ongoing commitment to undertaking native revegetation within our vineyards. The plants were carefully selected to provide benefits to the vineyard by specifically attracting beneficial insects and native brids, improve water quality and restore some of McLaren Vale's biodiversity. Ancient southern Italian varietal, Fiano, is hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to offer crisp and vibrant floral, sherbert, kaffir lime and hazelnut aromas and flavours.
