Amazing depth of flavours. Wild rasberry and strawberry flavours that give great depth, character and complex style. Really gentle, creamy, acidity makes it so easy to drink, with or without food, however, it would suit pan fried duck breast so well, thanks to the rich complex flavours. This Aussie rose would stand up against a lot of French rose champagne. We loved it.
