The amazing butterfly pea flower, famously used in herbal teas, gives this gin its distinctive look and sweet herbal tang. The harmonious blend of classic dry gin and natural infusion with the colour-altering pea flower yields a gloriously blue spirit. With its flavourful hints of upland meadows, the flower essence also shifts the gin towards a magenta shade when citrus or tonic are present.
